Live well... And really live... Good friends, good food, good wine...and a good job... This doesn't mean make more money but rather find passion in what you do... What we do everyday is our life and most of us spend hours each day working... So don't dread it ... No matter what they pay you. Dreading every day is never worth it..

Love much... Love yourself, love your spouse, love your family... Love your life.. Make a point of going out and doing things you love... Run, skate, sail, dance... Whatever it is... Do it!

Laugh hard... Really hard.. Rolling on the floor hard.. Til you have a cramp in you side and need to stop and then laugh some more...

And travel often... Always be leaving, coming or going.... The adventure awaits...

The happiness of the next moment in life is determined by the decisions and thoughts of this moment in life. . . happiness is a state of mind depending on what you include and exclude in your thoughts... Think love, laughter, and happiness!
