Life is a reflection

What is in your world externally is nothing more than a mirror of what is going on internally....to change your external vision of what your world appears to be, go within and change it there.... then the outward vision will change to mirror your inward feelings.... The universe is a reflection of what we feel and how we perceive what goes on around us....Today I will focus on my blessings and smile... Focus on love and laughter .... Think my world as magical and beautiful and that is all I will see... The beauty is here... Just notice it !!

Power within

Dale Carnegie said, “If half a century of living has taught me anything at all, it’s taught me that nothing can bring you peace but yourself.”  There’s no peace in the world....There’s no peace that “fixes” people or circumstances...life is tough.. Its tough and we take our knocks...but we can change our experience...It’s hard to change.... It’s especially difficult to change dramatically... We are set in out ways... creatures of habit... But peace is inside of us, and we can change our lives....we can create peace within...our life becomes peaceful and abundant when we choose love and laughter... when we forgive our past and look towards our now...when we love in this moment and focus on the peace and beauty we have to share with the world around us... when we choose love and laughter... The universe gives us support and abundance in return... We have the power to see all that is beautiful...the power to experience life with abundance  love and laughter!
