We had our phones setup to work when we landed via AT&T and they weren't we were totally offline with no phone or web access. Kind of of cool for a minute. Being untethered is a strange feeling but I think I will get used to it.

Croatia - Our little apartment
We rented this little apartment right on the walk within walking distance of a small corner shop and restaurant for light dinners.
Very cool and laid back setting. All of the locals were very helpful when the airport shuttle dropped us off at wrong address. Luckily for us everyone in the neighborhood new the local property manager who just happened to be our contact.
