More to Life

I find myself looking to do more, have more, and be more.  There are adventures out there in the world I've yet to experience and places I haven't been.  As my bucket list grows I feel as though I spend time just getting though the work week and the weekend finally comes and I'm resting from the stress of the week. This is no way to live.  I want to be excited when I get up in the morning and push myself to be more and see more.  I know what excites me. I need to put that energy into making my passion my career.  Easily said but a risk and not as easy to do. But we all know if it's easy it's got no value.  So take the risk and wake up excited for the next adventure. I keep telling myself this is the right thing to do.  Will this week be the week I finally jump in both feet first? Go for it!  I'll keep you posted

Travel

I always say leave the world behind and travel whenever possible... Today I'm full of gratitude because we are once again in the airport ... Destination Cabo San Lucas! The familiar sound of the over speakers with the anticipation of waiting in long lines ... Line number 3 and of course the inevitable flight delay... None of which phase me as I pull my roller behind me, ready to hunker down in a seat and hurry up and wait... It's all good.  At the end of the day we'll be on the beach watching the sunset over the amazing view of the Sea of Cortez..salt water in the air, a warm ocean breeze, palm trees swaying in the wind... Mexico here we come... Adventures to be had!

Believe

We live in an infinite universe of absolute abundance. It is only our limiting beliefs which restrict our experience...you can make anything you want happen... #believe #befearless

Follow your passion

The work you do while you procrastinate is probably the work you should do for the rest of your life...While you procrastinate doing that what you must... You tend to do what you love! Choose to do what you love and abundance will follow!

Eventually all the pieces fall into place and all that you strive for will happen with hard work and persistence...This belief is what keeps us going...Until then laugh at the confusion that is life... live for the moment... Focused on your blessings today... see the beauty in the small things and choose a positive attitude regardless of you situation ... choose happiness love and laughter ...and know everything happens for a reason!

Cabo San Lucas is beautiful, relaxing, and vacation.  We are always leaving on an adventure.  This time is it is lovely Baja Mexico.

Choice

Happiness is not in our circumstance but in ourselves...It is not something we see or feel but rather Happiness is something we are....a choice to see the abundance in your life regardless of your circumstance... Choose love, laughter, and joy!

July 4th thought

"Life is what happens while we're busy making other plans"~John Lennon...Truly  blessed to take a day to celebrate our country and family...Life is busy, but its good to take a time out every so often...

Aim High

The journey we are on is not set in stone... At any time, we can decide to change the road we're on in life... change directions... follow a new path...seek a new adventure!

Only we truly know what we want from life and if we're on the path that will lead us to where we want to be... the journey that will ultimately lead to where we are meant to me.

Only we can fulfill our dreams and bask the joy and happiness that comes from reaching those goals we aspire to.

Aim high and choose love laughter and joy... Everything else will follow!

Paris - What an amazing city.

Our visit was short but we saw a lot and missed a whole lot more we walked the city for the most park in fact everywhere in Europe we walked except for the occasional bus tour for hard to reach sites like Pompeii  in Sicily.

Paris was magically at night from the standpoint of beauty.  We are a little long in the tooth to be clubbing but and glass of wine at dinner is fine.

Sandbox rules of life

We all know the rules of the sandbox.  They were enforced on the playground, and apply to life. In every aspect, every situation, our work, our friends, our family, our life... We can apply the basic sandbox rules for success. 1. Play nice. 2. No name calling. 3. Don't throw sand. 4. Share your toys.

This sums up the core guiding values they should determine our behavior.  Play by the sandbox rules and you will always be kind... Never gossip or call people names... Or say things that are cruel and unnecessary... No hitting, biting, fighting or throwing things or throwing temper tantrums ... And you will share your success, your blessings, your wisdom, your self, your lunch, your toys.

Apply to your life, your work, your relationships ... These are the basic principals... If everyone followed the sandbox rules ... that kindergartens's can abide by, the world would be a better, more peaceful, and lovely place. It's just that simple.

Wow, very cool HardRock in Prague.  Didn't eat there and have stopped collecting shot glasses from the many #hardrockcafe locations we have been to around the world.

 

 

Choose your legacy

Do what you are good at and what love to do.... Follow your passion...If you sit behind a desk 9 to 5 every day working for someone else, building someone else's business  or you dislike your job or your work environment...  take steps to change it!  Your control of your destiny.  What you do everyday it ultimately your life so choose to follow your true north... follow your passion...build for yourself... create for your life... 

Write a list of what you're good at... what you really love in your heart ... list those things you find passion in...  Then go after it... Follow your passion!  This may mean you need to look at changing jobs, locations, or working for yourself... it may mean you follow your creative instincts or go back to school... whatever it is.. do it!

Be true to yourself and use your talents and desires... you will find taking the risk to follow your passions will make your life so much happier... it won't it easy but will be worth it in the end... When you can wake up each morning and can say you love your work and those you work with... your life will have less stress...

When you live your life with authenticity and are genuine each day in your actions and thoughts... you will touch the people and the world around you and the legacy you leave behind will be cherished...

Maui Time

What a beautiful day at the Four Seasons spa in Maui..a morning seaweed wrap and message and an afternoon chilling on the beach...white sand, blue water...waking up to this view...with the umbrellas lined along the beach so perfectly...the smell of salt water in the air and the warm breeze against your skin...the quiet sound of the surf hitting the shore in rhythm with my breath...no wonder I never want to go home...

Love laughter and joy!

What we think and talk about is what we bring about... The universe truly is a reflection of your thoughts and action so be kind and genuine and choose to think positive thoughts... Love laughter and joy!

Croatia - Our little apartment

We rented this little apartment right on the walk within walking distance of a small corner shop and restaurant for light dinners.

Very cool and laid back setting.  All of the locals were very helpful when the airport shuttle dropped us off at wrong address.  Luckily for us everyone in the neighborhood new the local property manager who just happened to be our contact.

We had our phones setup to work when we landed via AT&T and they weren't we were totally offline with no phone or web access.  Kind of of cool for a minute.    Being untethered is a strange feeling but I think I will get used to it.
