How about a new developers breaking the mold of all of the "little pink houses" and really bringing luxury lofts to new levels in Las Vegas. There are a few loft style single family residence developments pre-existing in Las Vegas and frankly they are very cool because not only do you get the soaring high ceilings and backyards that fit a full size bbq island and pool.
